Bang has an extensive in-house database that is well researched and developed by our team. We work constantly on improving and extending our knowledge and understanding of key individuals within our areas of specialism, through ongoing dialogue and continuous relationship building. The result of which is added value  such as recommendations and referrals that will inevitably compliment our already considerable talent pool. We work intimately with our clients to determine their needs and therefore ensure we select the best candidates for consideration. This enables us to make our careful approach on behalf of the client opportunity in complete confidence.

Bang undertakes Search and Selection with a nominal upfront fee equivalent to 5% of the estimated starting salary. We will then undertake the search exercise and conduct initial interviews with the candidates on your behalf to determine their suitability. Next we present a short list of recommended candidates together with full summary. Following client approval at this stage we arrange formal interviews ideally at the clients' offices. Naturally, as the preferred candidate emerges we move into the offer management stage – often the most critical period of the entire process – whereby the individual is guided through their notice period, and suitably prepared for day one of their next career step. Upon successful completion of the campaign, the balance of fees becomes due.
